Aerison, a multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement and construction partner to the Australian resources and industrial services sector, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure Aerison meets and exceeds industry standards, promoting best practices in safety, environmental impact, and operational integrity. You'll collaborate with project teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, implement robust compliance frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability. This role will be based in our Perth Corporate Head Office with occasional travel to Chenni, China, and Germany. Responsibilities include: Advising on documentation (e.g., permits) required for regulatory approvals in Western Australia (State approvals) and Federal Approvals. Liaising with Owner representatives, Project JV partners, Government Agencies, Technical Disciplines, Planning and Scheduling, Construction and Commissioning Teams, and other identified stakeholders to ensure seamless regulatory approvals processes are in place to execute project-related activities at site. Ensuring the quality of submissions (Documentation) is maintained via engagement of all stakeholders in a planned and phased manner. Advising JV management on compliance requirements for the state of WA and for federal agencies, if any. Ensuring any products (e.g., chemicals) are approved for use and can be transported to the respective site for use. Managing compliance proactively by identifying obligations and maintaining an up-to-date Compliance Register, ensuring it reflects current regulatory and corporate requirements. Conducting compliance monitoring, process reviews, and risk assessments, preparing reports for stakeholders and regulators. Ensuring compliance obligations are met in major projects, supporting business improvements and strategic goals. WHO YOU ARE: You hold a qualification in Chemical/Process Engineering or a Bachelor of Laws degree, with strong regulatory and logistic approval experience, and a strong understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks.
