Become a Disability Support Worker in Northern Beaches
We have an exciting opportunity for compassionate individuals to join our team in the Northern Beaches. No experience is required - just a passion for supporting people with disabilities and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
* Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
* Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
* Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
* Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
* No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and make a difference
* Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts (with penalty rates).
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
