Multi-Store Management role for a brilliant, fashion focused, global brand. About the role: The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of several retail locations within their cluster across QLD. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen, an ability to drive sales, optimize store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be leading a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and brand standards. Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Team Management : Lead, motivate, and support a team of store managers and their teams to ensure optimal performance. Create a culture of high performance, fostering teamwork and accountability across all stores in your cluster. Sales & Profitability : Drive and maximize store sales by identifying opportunities for growth, executing brand strategies, and consistently achieving sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and use data to implement improvements. Operational Excellence : Oversee the day-to-day operations of each store, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with operational policies, and the smooth running of all stores. Manage budgeting and ensure stores operate within financial guidelines. Customer Experience : Uphold the brand's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores. Ensure that customer feedback is addressed promptly and provide training to staff on effective customer service techniques. Staff Development & Training : Play a key role in the recruitment, training, and development of store managers and teams. Provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs from Head Office to enhance skills. Brand & Compliance Standards : Ensure all stores comply with global brand guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards. Monitor store presentation and product placement to uphold the brand’s image. Reporting & Performance Management : Report regularly on the performance of the stores within your cluster, providing insights into KPIs, sales trends, and potential areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Skills & Experience: 2 Years in managerial retail roles Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational performance. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and rostering to support the teams. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to travel across the QLD region as needed. Must have a valid drivers license and have availability to a car 5 days a week.
