PaRK provides mental health services to adults and older adults living in the communities of Kwinana, Rockingham, Mandurah, Pinjarra and Waroona. The PaRK mental health service is a vibrant and progressive organisation whose mission is to provide safe and progressive patient care within a positive work environment and culture.
There is a broad suite of services available including adult and older adult inpatient (including and ECT program) and adult and older adult community services as well as a number of speciality services including emergency department liaison, consultation liaison, day therapy, hospital in the home. early episode psychosis, assertive community treatment, perinatal, GP liaison, drug and alcohol services, aboriginal mental health services, community step up and step-down accommodation among others. We offer a range of therapeutic programs including CBT, DBT rehabilitation services and peer support. We take pride in our strong links with our community partners and the community at large.

Assessment and Treatment Team (ATT)
ATT is the first point of contact for all referrals to adult community mental health services This multidisciplinary team is comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health staff who provide triage, assessment, and short-term interventions for consumers up to a maximum of 10 weeks. Consumers benefit from: timely response to referrals, where indicated a comprehensive face-to-face professional assessment service, a multidisciplinary specialist approach to treatment and intervention where indicated, advice and sign posting for alternative community care, provision to support and recovery.
Clinical Treatment Team
The Clinical Treatment Team (CTT), receives all referrals via the ATT.
The CTT operates as a multidisciplinary specialist mental health team comprising of psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health staff offering assessment and care coordination for community bases consumers who require care and specialist interventions for more than ten weeks.
Peel Catchment (Mandurah, Pinjarra and Waroona):

Peel ED Liaison Team
Based in Peel ED, the Psychiatric Liaison team provide specialist consultation, assessment and management of emergency psychiatric presentations to the Emergency Department.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist working within PaRK, you will play an integral role as a resource for mental health clients, carers, and staff in relation to the management of individuals with identified mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a quality service to the community.
