What you'll be doing The Digital Health Change Manager is responsible for the provision of digital health change control processes within the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN). The purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with the SCHN Digital Health Change Management Process. The Digital Health Change Manager will embed and continually improve practices and processes to enable changes to the ICT environment in a controlled manner, ensuring service stability that are in alignment with SCHN and NSW Health objectives. The role will ensure changes are planned, documented, assessed, monitored, communicated, authorised and reviewed as appropriate. The role will also lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital health change communication framework to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication of technology changes across all organisational levels, including managing stakeholder engagement, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions. Tertiary qualification in relevant field or demonstrated experience and knowledge in change management to lead large scale IT change processes in alignment with ITIL (Service Management best practice) within a complex environment. Advanced interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiations skills with a demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and translate technical and complex information clearly and concisely for diverse stakeholder groups. High level stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. Extensive experience working with best practice change processes, maintaining change register, schedules and Change Advisory Boards. Demonstrated experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes, dashboard and Performance Level Reporting. Sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong initiative to identify issues and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions to problems, with the objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and teams. Commitment to outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement of processes and services. Demonstrated recent experience leading and achieving large scale organisational change within a complex environment.
