The Senior Brand Communications Manager plays a critical role in shaping and amplifying the voice of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) brands with a primary focus on La Roche-Posay, driving brand love, advocacy, and ultimately market share within the competitive skincare landscape. This role balances strategic vision with operational expertise, demanding a deep understanding of the dermatological beauty market and the ability to translate brand strategies into tangible results. ABOUT THE ROLE: La Roche-Posay Brand Advocacy/Communication (70%) Develop and implement impactful advocacy campaigns, translating marketing objectives into actionable strategies.Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results. Lead the "Fight with Care" Brand Cause: Champion La Roche-Posay's social responsibility by leading this impactful campaign.Develop and execute initiatives to raise awareness and support affected patients and families. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including timeline development, budget management, stakeholder alignment, agency briefings, content review, and performance analysis. Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse network of dermatologists, skincare experts, influencers, and online communities to amplify brand messaging and build credibility. Monitor skincare trends, identifying opportunities to position La Roche-Posay as a thought leader and engage consumers with relevant content. Create and oversee impactful La Roche-Posay online and offline events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and impactful post-event amplification. Foster authentic engagement with online communities and advocates, nurturing organic opportunities to amplify brand love. Track, analyse, and report on advocacy initiatives against KPIs (share of voice, reach, engagement, sentiment), providing actionable insights to optimise future campaigns. Transversal Advocacy & Communication (30%) Champion a unified approach to advocacy by sharing best practices in channel strategy, influencer engagement, content creation, and expert collaboration.Including the planning and delivery of a quarterly Advocacy meeting with key stakeholders where Best Practises are shared. Establish and manage a system for tracking and analysing KPIs across LDB, ensuring alignment and data-driven decision-making. Manage the annual planning process for advocacy initiatives across the division, coordinating efforts across brands to build a cohesive and impactful roadmap. Serve as the primary contact for the divisions advocacy/communications, cascading information from the CDMO team to the division.
