Your main goal is to maximise business value by defining, designing, and delivering digital features that address customer pain points.The core responsibilities of this role will be:Drive product innovation and design by leveraging user research, user-centred design, and customer-centric principles.Define and execute on the product vision, roadmap and maintain a product backlog which delivers business value and return on investment.Provide vision and direction to the Agile development teams ensuring smooth delivery of product enhancements.Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between digital product development teams and business stakeholders across the broader customer and commercial group.Foster seamless collaboration among teams within the organisation to ensure all tasks and features align with business priorities and the unique requirements of our diverse customer base.Regularly report on product and initiative performance, platform adoption rates, and usage trends.To be considered, key skills will include:3+ years’ of experience in a Product Owner role or similar (e.g., Senior BA/Producer, Channel Manager) in the online/digital space.Strong understanding of product management, design, and analysis principles.In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of working as a product owner, catering to the preferences of diverse customer segments.Scrum product owner certification or similar qualifications are highly regarded.Ability to thrive in a team environment, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork among cross-functional teams catering to various customer personas.Excellent project leadership, risk management, and time management skills.Detail-oriented with superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.Proven interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, critical for understanding and addressing the unique requirements of our diverse customer base.Self-driven, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under tight deadlines, keeping in mind the importance of timely delivery for our diverse customer segments.Applications close on the 17th of February.
