About the Role:We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Team Leader with over 15 years of expertise in IT support and network administration.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in managed services, Microsoft servers, cloud platforms, and helpdesk solutions.
This role involves providing technical leadership, troubleshooting advanced IT issues, and optimizing IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: ·Level 1-3 IT technical support for various Managed Service Providers (MSP) clients.·Provide troubleshooting and administration for Microsoft Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure.·Configure and manage virtualization technologies.·Maintain and administer Active Directory, Mail Server, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and disaster recovery solutions.·Oversee cloud backup solutions, network security, and firewall configurations.·Administer and support helpdesk platforms (Connectwise and Autotask familiarity is a plus)·Provide training and mentorship to IT support staff.·Handle VOIP system administration.Requirements: ·10 to 15 years of IT support experience, including technical leadership roles.·Strong expertise in Microsoft server environments, virtualization, and cloud technologies.·Certifications such as MCSE, Microsoft Azure, or relevant IT industry qualifications are a plus.·Experience in managed IT services and enterprise-level support.·Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.·Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Technical Skills: ·Microsoft Windows Server and M365.·Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Intune administration.·Virtualization, network security, and firewall administration.·Cloud backup and disaster recovery solutions.·Helpdesk management.·Networking, cabling installation, and VPN configuration.·VOIP server administration and troubleshooting.Benefits: ·Competitive salary and benefits package.·Professional development opportunities.·A dynamic and supportive work environment.
