As one of our Recruitment Consultants, you will get to assist our Parramatta businesses to source and employ great talent. You get to talk to people every day and hear their stories. Most of all, you get to make that phone call and tell someone "YOU GOT THE JOB".
You will join a team of experienced Consultants, with an existing database of great Candidates and long-standing Clients. To be considered for this role, it is preferred candidates have; relevant labour hire or permanent recruitment experience, be results driven, the ability to effectively build client relationships, excellent analytical and decision-making skills and strong computer literacy will also be highly regarded. Training is provided.
Key responsibilities for this role include, managing client relationships, managing interviews and creating shortlists of quality candidates, negotiation between clients and candidates, interviewing and screening candidates on a regular basis, and contributing to the success of Quest Personnel.
