Job description
We are on the lookout for an accounts administrator to join our reputable client within the logistics space - this is a part-time, temporary contract (1 – 2 months with the possibility for extension).
Your New Role
As an accounts administrator you will be reporting into the Assistant Accountant and your main duties will be:
1. Accurate and efficient data entry
2. Clearing invoice backlogs and maintaining up-to-date records
3. Assistingwith finance-related administrative tasks and excel reporting.
4. Ad-hoc tasks as required.
What you’ll need to succeed
5. Past accounts admin work (AR, AP, data entry etc)
6. Intermediate excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table)
7. Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude – detail oriented and energetic.
8. Be a permanent resident or Australia citizen
