We work across a wide range of organisations in both the public service and private sector, providing management consulting and project services.About the RoleAs a consultant specialising in Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) services, you will partner with a diverse range of clients, working as part of a small team to deliver practical and tailored workforce solutions across the employee lifecycle.What will the role involve?You will be involved in a range of activities, including but not limited to:Building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor to both federal government and private sector clients, providing strategic workforce and L&D consulting services and solutions.Conducting thorough needs analysis to understand clients' workforce challenges across the employee lifecycle.Designing and implementing best practice HR and L&D programs and initiatives, supporting capability uplift, and helping clients to navigate complex organisational changes.Design and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops and encompassing various modalities such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and simulations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives and projects.Cultivating strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, providing expert guidance, and delivering value-added solutions that drive tangible results.The Ideal CandidateWe’re seeking experienced professionals with expertise in one or more of the following fields:learning and development program deliveryworkforce capability upliftworkforce planningdiversity and inclusiontalent managementstrategic problem-solving skills to address complex workforce challenges and lead organisational change initiatives.exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and build exceptional client relationships.a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to step in and help wherever needed.Consulting experience is highly valuable but not essential.
