About the role
The Director Client Experience provides leadership and exercises management responsibility to ensure CR TAFE delivers a high quality client experience throughout all stages of the student journey. The position leads the provision of services that place the student at the centre of all the College does by supporting excellence in the delivery of front line student services; academic quality and capability; and student business systems. The position sets standards for the delivery of services and the development and deployment of systems that support the student journey. The position recognises and provides leadership in meeting government policy expectations, legislative and statutory requirements. The Director Client Experience models CR TAFE Values and promotes the strategic goal of building a connected and cohesive College.
To be successful in this role you will be able to develop, implement and monitor Divisional operational and business plans that support the College’s mission; strategic goals and performance indicators; and whole of government priorities. You will also be able to develop and promote an expectation of excellence in the delivery of services that support the end-to-end student journey; set standards for service; and develop and deploy the services, systems, and processes to achieve these standards. Further, you will ensure compliance with policies, legislative and statutory requirements and provide advice to the Corporate Executive on whole-of-College implications of policies, legislative and statutory requirements.

To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
Over the next twelve months, candidates found suitable through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).
