* Conducting comprehensive defect inspections as required, utilising the designated inspection platform.
* Accurately recording and tracking inspection details to ensure consistency and clarity.
* Understanding and adhering to each project's specific inspection requirements and benchmarks for workmanship.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* A valid construction induction card (white card) and a current driver's license.
* Experience in inspecting off-the-plan residential properties or construction.
* Familiarity with inspection platforms such as Aconex Field or Procore.
