Job Opportunity: Senior Physiotherapist & Senior Exercise Physiologist At Tidal Health, an exciting opportunity exists for a senior physiotherapist and a Senior Exercise Physiologist with the experience or ambition to work towards a clinical lead position within our Hope Island Clinic, located on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. About You To be successful in this position you will require: A proven track record of being able to not just build but sustain a busy and diverse caseload of patients in private practice. The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and also independently. A passion for helping people, ambitious and innovative in your approach to patient treatment. The role's primary objective is to manage all clinical elements of the business and play an active role in the growth and development of not only Tidal Health but also the business that we have developed close working relationships with. After a suitable time to establish yourself within the clinic and team, you will assist the Director in operational business tasks and will lead/co-ordinate and collaborate with your allied health team accordingly. You will liaise with all key stakeholders at Tidal Health, including team members, patients, referrers, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Your Role General Practice Focus:Provide physiotherapy services across a broad range of conditions and demographics, including children, adults, and the elderly, addressing musculoskeletal injuries, complex, and persistent pain syndromes. Clientele Development:Opportunity to carve out a niche offering within the community, leveraging personal expertise and interests to meet the diverse needs of the practice's clientele. Leadership in Professional Development:Organize and plan the delivery of internal professional development sessions. Develop targeted programs focusing on injury prevention and treatment methodologies. Operational Collaboration:Assist the director with operational tasks and strategic planning. Liaise with stakeholders, including collaboration with allied health team members and external partners. Multidisciplinary Team Integration:Work closely with an on-site multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, masseuses, and personal trainers. Engage in external collaborations with NDIS Support Coordinators, medical centers, GPs, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
