About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and support the execution of end-to-end processes for eCommerce photoshoots, product uploads, and marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Photoshoot & Sample/Product Coordination
* Manage the eCommerce Photoshoot process for every e-comm shoot
* Owning the process of product/sample coordinator for shoots, with a strong understanding of incoming products across delivery schedules and tracking received product
* Organise sample sourcing from stores and suppliers - liaising with brand partners, Buying, Inventory teams and stores to receive product samples for shooting and returning following the correct processes
* Receipting and transferring out stock via Studio POS, organising Toll pickup and delivery
* Owning and keeping the product/sample tracker updated + ATPs/Campaign sku lists
* Assist with styling for all ecomm & content campaign shoots with product and props, ensuring brand requirements are met based on purpose of shoot and trends
* Manage e-comm + content/campaign shoots ensuring dates are communicated to the team, locked in Marketing Calendar + Marketing, digital, buying teams' calendars
* Organise model packages and manage agency relationships for e-comm/campaign/content shoots
* Work closely with Content Lead to align on photoshoot schedule and priorities
* Support and take direction from Content lead on needs for e-comm shoot
* Shoot prep and pack down – steaming all product and assisting with styling, as well as repacking all items to be returned how they were received and delivered back to stores within SLAs
* Assist on shoot where required
* Support with budgets for shoots including equipment, props, location, models, usage rights etc. Ensuring all spend is tracked in Marketing budget tracker
E-commerce
* Management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography and inventory management
* Assist with Affiliate activities such as promo updates and transaction approvals
* Support with product enrichment management, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner
* Online product merchandising and reviews of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy
* Assist with building and testing EDMs/CRM activity
* Maintain the management categorisation of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers and sale products Manage merchandise presentation, ensuring accuracy in categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotions on the website
* Update website homepage banners, features, landing pages, and blogs for marketing campaigns
* Support with building new categories and collections based on trending products and marketing campaigns, and optimise
* Building and testing EDMs as per marketing calendar schedule and CRM calendar
* Work with SEO teams to ensure products and content are optimised for search and adhere to SEO best practice
Social & PR Support
* Using knowledge of product, deliveries, and marketing campaigns to contribute to Social Calendar and planning
* Shoot and create social content on iPhone for use across all channels where applicable – including stills and videos, including BTS on photoshoot days
* Staying up to date with TikTok/IG and Social trends to contribute to Social Strategy and planning
* Influencer outreach and managing seeding to influencers
* Managing PR/Influencer lists
Marketing campaigns + content
* Support on assigned campaigns with execution of campaigns across 360 channels
* Manage end to end execution of marketing campaigns
* Support with keeping Marketing Calendar updated
* Support with briefing in Marketing executions via project management tool, ensuring tight briefs are shared with stakeholders
* Work with stores to ensure all signage and POP relevant to marketing campaigns and key trade sale events are delivered and launched in line with the Marketing Calendar
* Managing all shopping centre relationships, ensuring Glue is included in relevant centre campaigns. Sharing all Glue campaigns with centres for sharing amplification
* Responsible for working with VM/Retail team to support them with completing signage allocations
* Managing print timelines and logistics of collateral to stores across AU
* Assist with event planning and execution for any marketing activations
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' retail inventory management experience
* Experience in Ecommerce operations coordination
* Marketing experience
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
