Responsibilities are but not limited to:
1. Building and managing client and candidate relationships
2. Prospecting for new business
3. Opening new vacancies and getting advertisements online
4. Use your social media and networking skills to spread the word
5. Screen applications and talk to prospect candidates about the role
6. Register and interview your shortlisted candidates
7. Present the shortlist to your client and hold discussions on experiences etc
8. Perform reference checks
The ideal candidate will have the following:
9. Ability to negotiate, multi-task and be highly organised
10. Be able to think quickly on your feet
11. Thinking outside the box is a necessity
12. Have the ability to build rapport quickly
13. High attention to detail and quality processes
14. Great computer skills and experience within a database
