The Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Manager of Community Services, you will have significant experience in providing high-level administrative support in a customer-focused business environment, displaying a high degree of judgement, initiative, and confidentiality. You will provide support to the Executive Manager of Community Services to ensure that community services and programs are delivered effectively to the community.
About You Experience in a supervisor customer service role.Demonstrated experience in time management, working autonomously and within a team, initiative, problem solving, and conflict management skills.A high level of oral and written communication skills (including report writing) with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.An understanding of Community Aged Care Standards and Compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience reviewing and implementing procedures and customer service standards.Demonstrated experience planning and delivering social activities to diverse groups.Experience working within remote communities will be highly regarded.To Apply Applications in Word format should be forwarded by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
