Your responsibilities will include:Patient Care: Assess individual patient needs, plan, implement, and coordinate appropriate care from a range of accepted options, including collaboration with other disciplines and agencies.Evidence-Based Practice: Provide evidence-based care, adhering to professional standards and quality management initiatives in line with organisational policies.Clinical Development: Enhance your clinical skills and stay current with best practices and professional standards while working a 7-day roster.Wudinna Hospital has eight inpatient beds and provides a range of services including emergency services, general medicine, surgical care, palliative care and outpatients. There is also a 10-bed aged care facility, the Trudinger Aged Care Complex, providing a home-like setting, under the same roof but separate to the hospital.About YouYou will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Why Join UsMake a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
