Intelligence acts as a service to approved clients by reporting on agreed Intelligence Requirements (IRs). This supports decision making at Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels.The Manager, Cyber Technical oversees the production, reporting and quality assurance of technical intelligence products. These functions encompass Requirements and Collection Management for technical reporting; intelligence automation; and technology administration.
