The Opportunity
We are building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function. Reporting to our National Business Manager – Coles Liquor Group, this National Account Executive - Coles Liquor Group role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes and building collaborative relationships with our Coles Liquor Group partners to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivery of promotional programs for key brands in our portfolio and assisting in achieving sales objectives, as well as company, channel and brand strategies.
* Support and contribute to the total Coles Liquor Group long & short-term business plans.
* Regular communication with the Coles Liquor Group to foster the customer relationship and ensure seamless execution of plans in market.
* Regular reporting of actual performance to budget with variance analysis commentary and revised projections to minimize discrepancies.
* Process, compliance and execution of claims.
* Input into customer demand & financial forecasts to manage the demand review process.
What's in your toolkit?
We are looking for an individual who is eager to springboard their career in Account Management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Previous sales experience is ideal, however, we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated with a strong drive for results who is effective in cultivating strong relationships with our customers and our colleagues to achieve win/win outcomes.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data. A natural problem solver, you won't be afraid to get to the bottom of an issue and work through to find a solution that works.
