Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Medical Receptionist or Administrator to become the face of our clinic. The successful candidate will work part-time, with flexible hours, primarily Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
2. Manage a busy switchboard and respond to emails and phone inquiries.
3. Book appointments and coordinate a high-volume schedule.
4. Prepare patient information packs and maintain accurate patient files.
5. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
6. Ensure the reception area and clinic rooms are organized and presentable.
7. Maintain stock levels and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in medical reception or administration, particularly within the cosmetic or plastic surgery fields.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with booking software (e.g., Pracsoft, Shortcuts, Best Practice, Genie).
3. Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 in compliance with QLD Government mandates.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Immediate start is available.
