The Administration Officer reports directly to the Planning Warehouse & Distribution Manager. The key purpose of this role is to assist our Tasmanian region in maintaining accurate and reliable stock inventories within the ERP live systems, as well as ensuring administrative tasks related to weigh bridge functions and processing of customer orders aligns with company standards. Run and analyse inventory reports to ensure data integrity is maintained. Complete all inbound receival checking and verification. Conduct daily/monthly inventory reconciliations on inventory stock items. Management of weighbridge and transport bookings for Tasmanian site. Enter customer sales orders into ERP system accurately and promptly as required. Allocation of all daily usage Schedule 4 Additives within ERP System. Monitor and report all CHEP-related transactions including Monthly reconciliations per current National procedures. Providing sales and service administrative support as required to maintain key stakeholder relationships. To be considered for the role you will have: Experience in inventory and administration functions. Previous experience working in an office, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office systems, ideally AX / D365 or similar. Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills. Ability to relate to all levels of management. High attention to detail. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
