Purpose
As a Houseperson, you are a key member of our Housekeeping Team. You will be constantly on the move, assisting room and public area attendants with their tasks.
Your responsibilities include delivering requested items to guests' rooms, ensuring room attendants have a steady supply of linens, towels, and amenities, and collecting used linens for laundering.
Primary Responsibilities
* Prioritize and promptly fulfill guest requests, including delivering amenities and collecting items from guest rooms as needed.
* Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport them to the designated area.
* Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces as required.
* Handle chemicals and cleaning materials safely, respect guest privacy, and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Provide a welcoming service to all guests, answering questions and offering information about the property's amenities and features.
