About the role:

To meet our current and future work commitments, we require an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to work on a number of new and existing projects across South East QLD.
JMac Constructions has an opportunity for a Landscape Leading Hand with experience in landscaping to contribute to our project portfolio of unique landscapes.
You will work closely with the Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications, and health, safety, environment, and quality requirements. With safety as our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
The following qualities and experience are essential:
* Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
* Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on the delivery of client objectives.
* People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high-performing teams.
* Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping.
* Attention to detail.
* Previous relevant experience working on hardscape/softscape projects is strongly desired.
