TP Human Capital is seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our client’s finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has hands-on experience managing key financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Accurately enter, process, and match invoices to ensure seamless financial transactions.Oversee and process weekly and ad hoc pay runs efficiently.Maintain and update supplier master data for accurate record-keeping.Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong financial controls.Conduct general ledger reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.Assist in preparing reports and reconciling accounts to support business decision-making.Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed to provide insights into company performance.Skills & Experience:3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance role, ideally within refining, mining, heavy industry, heavy haulage, or port services.A tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for data analysis and financial reporting.A keen eye for detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.Excellent time management abilities, with the capability to efficiently manage high-volume financial tasks.Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring effective teamwork across various departments.If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a challenging finance role, apply now.For confidential discussions please contact Grace at TP Human Capital on 07 4447 1400.
