A great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager working across Retail Assets The Client: Our client is a private organisation that owns, develops and actively manages a diversified property portfolio. This role will see you joining a high-performing team working on a quality portfolio of retail assets. The Role Our client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager to operate the assets efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Provide technical and operational process support Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have: 5 years Facilities Management experience Strong communication skills & attention to detail Strong financial acumen Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance; Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling Experience in the management of subcontractors and suppliers Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills Benefits Attractive remuneration package Supportive working environment & culture Great location APPLY NOW or call Milli Hargreaves on 0439 778 823 for more information or email your CV to mhargreavesgoughrecruitment.com.au All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
