About the opportunity
Join our Nurseries Team at Mercy Hospital for Women to provide high-quality clinical care in Neonatal Intensive Care and Special Care Nursery. We are a Public tertiary teaching Hospital located in Heidelberg and are one of just five Neonatal Intensive Care Units in Victoria. Educational support is provided to assist you to:
* Provide high-quality clinical care for premature babies and their families
* Play an integral role in a motivated multi-disciplinary clinical team with a strong family-centered care approach
* Work your choice of shifts, to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month

* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.

* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
