A state government organisation in Geelong is seeking a skilled professional to lead and implement change initiatives as part of the agency strategy.
Start Date: ASAP – 30 June 2025 Employment Type: Full time Salary: Up to $800/day + super (depending on experience) This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful change by leading change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
You'll work closely with project teams and business managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Change Management Plans for strategic projects Deliver impact analysis, change & communications planning, capability assessments, and training development Support program delivery teams and ensure seamless integration of change activities Provide coaching and advice to leaders on change strategies Work collaboratively across teams to align change initiatives with organisational goals About You: 5+ years' experience in change management, with a proven track record in delivering change programs Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or Change Management Prosci Change Management Accreditation Expertise in change & project management methodologies, workforce capability analysis, training design, and organisational design This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a state government organisation.
