Key Duties & Responsibilities: Take ownership of medium to large loss insurance jobs from commencement to completion Monitor quality audit reports & ensure items are actioned accordingly Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs Liaise between clients & insurance companies Coordinate access to properties with insured parties Attend & contribute to meetings Complete monthly budget reporting on all projects Dispute / issue resolution, as required Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & relevant documentation is signed off Ensure purchase order processes are followed Review monthly job cost reports Ensure all company OH&S policies are followed at all times Key Selection Criteria: Strong background in construction or supervising construction projects Relevant building trade qualification, preferably in carpentry Excellent communication & customer service skills Strong computer skills Values Relationships and Relationship building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects & delegating completing priorities. Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the clients and customers. Good work ethic and positive attitude Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations and current market rates/trades.
