This is a part-time 3-year contract with potential to work 5 days per week during peak holiday delivery. Weekend work may be required, as per an agreed roster, compensated as Time in Lieu.
The base annual salary is $68,255 + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

This role acts as the key point of contact for all NIDA Open activities and provides broad administrative support to a cross-functional team, to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality short and part-time courses. The role will involve a high level of customer service ensuring student enrolments are handled efficiently and queries are responded to in a timely manner. In addition, the role supports a team of Program Managers and Coordinators to prepare and deliver courses at NIDA across Sydney and at interstate venues.

About The Role
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer queries and providing accurate, relevant information about NIDA's Open Programs, Higher Education courses, and other activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NIDA’s offerings, assisting with program operations, and providing clear pre-course information to participants. Administrative support is crucial, including managing databases, processing enrolments, transfers, refunds, payment plans, and maintaining the waiting list. The role also includes preparing course documentation, such as certificates, and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the manager or delegate. Adherence to workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements is essential.
