About the Role: As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include: Building rapport with patients and providing top-notch customer service. Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations. Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals. Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines. Managing sales stock levels and post-sales services. Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning. We're searching for someone with: Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
