Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a hands-on team
2. Oversee production schedules and quality standards
3. Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S)
4. Work for an industry leader in trailer manufacturing!
What we’re looking for:
1. Production management experience
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes
4. Trade qualification or degree preferred
