The team works together across multiple projects and agencies and requires skills in agility, critical thinking, and genuine curiosity.Overview: Reporting to the Director, Strategic Projects and Policy, the Senior Policy Officer will:Lead the development of strategies and other reform initiatives, including implementing project planning and management as required, using expert strategic policy and project management skills, knowledge and experience within a health system context.Undertake comprehensive stakeholder engagement and consultation, using well-established professional networks, on a range of highly sensitive and complex issues.Analyse and conceptualise complex health policy problems, formulate appropriate solutions and provide robust, timely and accurate briefings and reports to senior executive.Provide high level support and advice to senior executive, including supporting governance committees and working groups.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
