We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityWe have a 15-month, full-time fixed term opportunity for an experienced Demand & Merchandise Inventory Planner to join our team. You will oversee the entire demand and inventory planning process for the Philatelic and General Postage categories, focusing on driving sales, optimising inventory, and enhancing capital outcomes through effective product lifecycle management.What you’ll deliver with usSupporting our corporate, online, and licensed networks, you will manage inventory holding and carrying costs, unit level planning, and maintain stock levels in distribution centres. This is a cross-functional position requiring robust engagement with various stakeholders across the organisation.You’ll alsoProvide a forecast unit inventory plan based on a demand forecast to support efficiency in the supply chain.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of finished inventories ($8m+) and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of physical inventories including all obsolescence and write off processes.Support and develop category reporting and analysis for the planning & category management function.Manage warehouse and store in stocks whilst driving effective use of working capital.About youWe are looking for an experienced professional with an inventory, merchandising, production, warehouse, or FMCG background.
