Part Time Medical Affairs Associate

Our Client a global medical company with cutting edge products is seeking a temporary Medical Affairs Associate. Offices located in North Ryde Macquarie Park precinct and onsite parking is available!
The Role you will be working as part of the Medical Affairs team in ANZ reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs in a close-knit team of 3, tasked with the administration and management of projects, data base systems and processes including data generation, share of voice projects, and financial activities including monthly tracking of expenses.
It is essential that you can work at a fast pace with high attention to detail possesses a willingness to learn, are proactive with a helper mentality!
Previous EA PA experience in Medical Devices or Pharma would be highly regarded as would a fresh Uni graduate (Science, Pharmacy or Health Disciplines) keen to kick start their career in Medical Affairs.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support team in tracking Trial/Research (IIT/IIR) program & Post Marketing research - ANZ contact for all programs
• Support team in tracking of submission, milestone management, contracting, invoice processing budget tacking, procurement and publication review
• Track Share of Voice (SoV)data generated through ANZ supported projects
• Manage 3rd party vendors to support SoV activities
• Ensure Library and Shared Folders are available for ANZ
• Administration and management of ANZ MA budget and planning activities
• Collaboration with regions Medical Operations team on Monthly reports and ensuring all ANZ matrices are up to date
Skills / Experience
• Experienced EA/PA or could suit a fresh Uni Graduate (Science, Pharmacy or Health Disciplines)
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow reporting processes
• Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude
• Good initiative and results / deadline oriented
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in medical affairs environment – preferably in Pharma or Medical Devices would be viewed favorably
• Understanding of Medical Affairs including IIT/IIR and Phase IV research processes would be highly regarded
Temp role to December 2021 with potential to extend to end of 2022!
Excellent hourly rate paid weekly
4 days per week (flexible with days)
