An exciting and dynamic opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to step into the role of Warehouse Coordinator. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. Our client is currently based in Mount Waverley and will be relocating to a new warehouse in Tullamarine between July and September 2025. All applicants must be willing to work at the new location.
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator provides essential operational support. This role involves managing inventory, processing orders, generating reports and serving as the liaison between warehouse operations and external stakeholders. The Warehouse Administrator ensures that all warehouse activities align with corporate controls and processes while completing various administrative projects as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Print pick lists and manage shipments.
2. Perform stock adjustments and investigate variances.
3. Act as a communication link between logistics providers and partners.
4. Coordinate inventory counts and process adjustments.
5. Confirm shipment dates and manage orders.
6. Assist with customer inquiries and shipment discrepancies.
7. Oversee the annual inventory count and adjustments.
8. Support daily operations and collaborate on process improvements.
Your Profile
To be considered for this opportunity, our client is looking for someone to meet the following criteria:
9. Experience in a similar role.
10. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
11. Proficient in inventory management systems (Dax experience preferred).
12. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
13. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Full working rights.
16. Drivers license and access to own transport.
17. Must be able to work onsite in Mount Waverley and transition to Tullamarine around July 2025.
Benefits
This full-time, office-based position provides an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse while developing skills in warehouse management and process optimization.
