Over the last few years, under new ownership and a leadership team with extensive experience in consumer businesses, the company has undergone significant transformation as their teams continue to grow.About the role:You will be responsible for developing and managing optimisation and predictive models that are commercially focussed, as well as researching the key drivers behind various operational, customer and financial categories and communicate this back to the business. Additionally, the role involves incorporating and developing new data sources to analyse relevant business metrics.What you'd be doing in this role:Use statistical methods to create data models for predicting business trends.Data Analysis and Benchmarking.Support Business Intelligence by providing data analysis for key initiatives.Serve as a data expert to align internal needs with IT requirements.Facilitate cross-divisional operations analysis and research.Set up systems and processes for Advanced Analytics in Revenue Management.Identify and implement necessary data analytical tools.Right now, this role is focused on:Focussing on data science that's applied in a commercial setting (pricing forecasting, revenue forecasting).
