Join us in a key role as a Business Process Analyst, where you will play a vital part in identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes, systems, and functional requirements. About You:
Are you a dynamic professional with experience in business process analysis and improvement? We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in identifying and analysing business processes, systems, and functional requirements. Your role will involve liaising with internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor the effectiveness of tools, systems, methods, and standards.
You will influence and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain consensus for change initiatives, facilitating the scoping and setting of business priorities. Utilize your skills in gathering, analysing, and translating business data into meaningful insights, supporting informed decision-making. This role also involves implementing a structured project planning framework in accordance with approved standards, agile, and best practice methodologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and usability of systems and/or products.
Key Challenges:
Your challenges will include ensuring business improvements and functionality are implemented within required timeframes for the delivery of change management and implementation plans. Negotiating and influencing stakeholders on organizational priorities and deliverables, while establishing effective relationships to develop trust and ensure reliable and accurate information, will be essential.
Experience and familiarity with business process mapping and improvement frameworks, systems, and best practice methodologies in a commercial environment and/or the public sector will set you apart. This role provides autonomy and requires decisions that are under your direct control. You will refer to a manager for decisions requiring significant changes to program outcomes and timeframes or issues likely to escalate to a higher level of management.
