Job Description
We are seeking a commercially savvy HR expert to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The People & Culture Business Partner will offer strategic and operational HR responsibilities, partnering with a large internal client group across Australia and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
* Provide HR business partnering services for managers across locations and business units, coaching and implementing strategies to meet business goals.
* Build strong relationships and gain knowledge of the business to enable effective decision-making.
* Keep a pulse on employee engagement, working closely with people managers and employees to improve working relationships and retention.
* Interpret employee engagement survey feedback and develop actions plans to address gaps.
* Partner with Organisational Development and Learning & Development to support talent management initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues.
* Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and produce reports to senior people leaders.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a forward-thinking and commercially savvy People & Culture expert.
* In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
