Covering the Gold Coast region you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key relationships, and expanding our footprint in the region—all while enjoying the freedom to run your territory with a high level of autonomy.At AV, we set you up for success with comprehensive training and ongoing development, including a structured onboarding program, sales and wine education, an annual national sales conference, and quarterly business reviews.If you love building relationships, owning your results, and working independently while still being part of a great team, this role is for you!What you’ll do:Reporting to the NSW/QLD/ACT State Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers across on-premise and off-premise channels, always delivering professional, ethical, and high-impact service.Driving new business by identifying and securing fresh sales opportunities in your territory.Becoming a go-to expert on our portfolio, providing customers with valuable product knowledge and insights.Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by AV.Ensuring AV products stand out in key retail spaces.Hosting wine tastings, promotional events, and participating in wine shows to elevate brand presence.About you:We’re after someone who thrives on autonomy, relationships, and results.
