Manager - Human Resources & Training
This role requires a visionary leader to drive the development and execution of strategic, business cycle, and functional improvement plans. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with MMG's quality and timeliness standards.
As an integral part of a high-performing leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading HR and training initiatives that support both the strategic and operational goals of the site. Your partnership with departmental/ divisional leaders will be critical in establishing stable and sustainable operational performance.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic and complex industrial environment. You will lead and manage the HR and Training team to provide exceptional support in general HR practices, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic, business cycle, and functional improvement plans.
2. Offer expert guidance and solutions on complex industrial and employee relations issues.
3. Lead and manage the HR and Training team.
4. Act as a change agent, leading and facilitating site-level change initiatives and culture shifts.
5. Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and employee engagement.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
