We're seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to lead our kitchen teams at our Sunshine Coast locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality food within KPI targets
* Maintain exceptional guest experiences through solid kitchen operations
* Prepare and deliver our signature TGI Friday's dishes in a fast-paced environment
* Foster a team-first mentality, ensuring colleagues are set up for success with monthly goals
* Prioritize correct training and development
* Emphasize thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
* Deliver food and service that meets Friday's standards, adheres to Australian regulations, and contributes to overall business performance
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic
* Passion for delivering exceptional quality food and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Commitment to maintaining brand standards, OH&S procedures, and food hygiene protocols
* Knowledge of rostering and scheduling
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired but not essential)
* Eligibility to work in Australia

Working Hours
* Rotating roster covering afternoons, evenings, and mornings from Monday to Sunday
Compensation Package
$73,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
