Call Centre Operator 11 Roles
Pay rate: $34 per hour + super
Start Date: Asap
End Date: 9 months from start date / End of July 2025

About your new role
A government agency in NSW is seeking multiple Call Centre Operators to deliver support services essential for the department’s operations. Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment that is constantly changing and demanding.
Key accountabilities
* Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the right information is communicated at the right time to meet customer needs
* Ensure the timely processing of customer data using relevant information systems to support timely and accurate invoices and reports
* Maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management
* Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the communication needs of the team
* Provide a range of administrative tasks to support the team
What you will need
* Requirement to work Monday through to Friday from 9am to 5pm on site. Hybrid avaliable after the training.
* High quality customer service experience.
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
* Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
