Based on-site at a solar farm in regional NSW, you will play a key role in upholding safety standards and fostering a proactive safety culture.Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.Conduct regular site inspections and assist with hazard identification and risk assessments.Participate in and help facilitate toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.Assist with incident investigations and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.Work closely with the site team to promote and maintain compliance with safety standards and legislation. To Be Successful: Must have at least 1 year of experience in a direct HSE role, preferably within the construction industry.A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.A keen interest in safety within the construction or renewable energy sectors.Some prior experience in construction or solar projects (desirable but not essential).Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.#J-18808-Ljbffr
