If you’re hands-on, solutions-driven, and ready to step up, we want to hear from you.What the Role Looks LikeAs our new Senior Security Technician, you’ll take charge of project delivery and technician leadership, while still being heavily involved in the field. You’ll work closely with our operations team and clients to ensure that every installation, upgrade, or service job is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.Your day-to-day will include:Leading and mentoring a growing team of security techniciansInstalling, maintaining, and servicing electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, and fire detection)Managing multiple project timelines and ensuring successful deliveryTroubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting the teamCollaborating with leadership on solution design and delivery strategyMaintaining detailed and accurate service, installation, and project documentationBuilding strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional serviceStaying up-to-date with the latest security tech and compliance standardsWhat You’ll Bring to the RoleMinimum 5 years' experience in electronic security systems, with strong hands-on expertise across a broad range of technologies. This includes experience with:CCTV systems such as Axis, Avigilon, Bosch, Hikvision, etc.Access control systems including Gallagher, Inner Range (Integriti), ICT, Bosch, etc.Intercom systems such as Aiphone, 2N, Akuvox, Hikvision, etc.Video Management Systems (VMS) including Güterbrueck, Milestone, Genetec, etc.You should be confident in installing, configuring, servicing, and troubleshooting these systems, with a strong understanding of system integration, commissioning, and IP/network infrastructure. Experience with alarms, duress systems, and delivering clear technical documentation is also essential.
