NMWU supports the line managers in the following: Agency Nursing/Midwifery engagement, Yearly Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration renewal reporting, Business Planning Framework education, co-ordination, and support, Credentialing and Defining Scope of Clinical Practice, Graduate recruitment and reporting and Recruitment support.About the role:As the Assistant Director of Nursing you will provide ongoing training and development to Nursing and Midwifery Workforce and finance staff in particular: Nurse Unit Managers, Maternity Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Finance, Business Managers and HR in the development of service profiles and the application and implementation.
