The Ideal Candidate

We seek a candidate with:

* 10 years of experience in senior leadership or multisite management within B2C retail
* Strong commercial acumen and reporting abilities
* An inspirational leadership style that drives team performance
* Direct selling or consultative selling experience
* Jewellery or furniture industry experience is highly advantageous


What's On Offer

We provide a competitive package including:

* Base salary: $120,000 + superannuation
* Bonus earning potential: up to $60,000 (OTE $180,000 + superannuation)
