The Role
We are looking for highly motivated HR Managers to shape the Workforce Demand for the GWEO Group.
HR Manager - Workforce Management
The HR Manager will play a key role in leading a team to deliver day to day support for strategic planning, change management and attraction and retention. You will liaise with the Divisions and conduct regular workforce plan reviews to identify demands and gap analysis. You will also assist in reviewing and maintain internal processes.
HR Manager - Strategy and Culture
The HR Manager will deliver, develop and implement strategies and provide support on wellbeing. You will help develop and implement various strategies, including Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Attraction and Retention, Effective Communication and Change management. You will assist in strategic decision making and shape Workforce Strategy policy to help the GWEO capability to deliver outcomes.

You will lead and deliver various projects like attraction and retention, oversee succession planning and skills development, etc.
The successful candidate will be required to cultivate a productive working relationship with stakeholders and have the ability to influence decision making. As the role is required to work to tight deadlines, you will need the ability to work to a strict timeline and effectively manage competing priorities and display resilience.
You will be a self-starter, flexible, agile and have a strong ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
