Business Unit: Talent & Development Position Reference: 330877 JobTitle: Facilitator - Commercial and Technical Location: South Australia Grade: AMB - AMC Description: Reporting to the Regional Training Manager this role is responsible for building the operational excellence of frontline staff in the Retail Bank through the facilitation of commercial and technical training programs. More specifically, your duties will include: - Delivers commercial and technical training for RBS. This includes but is not limited to: - induction - commercial and technical training - interpersonal skills - career and talent programs for CSR ? Branch Managers. Uses relevant learning materials (as determined by course or program schedule, Regional Training Manager and/or Program Development and Design) to ensure: - participants achieve required job competencies, learning outcomes and/or levels of operational excellence. - consistency of training delivery nationally. Maintains program flow by: - following program/course structure and/or learning materials; - adjusting the program/course structure, to meet the preferred learning styles of participants. Acts as a positive role model to participants at all times. Inspires commitment to the CBA vision and CARES behaviours, when delivering training programs. Encourages participants to enhance their performance by: - providing constructive feedback to participants; - using appropriate assessment tools to measure participants progress against nationally recognised competencies and/or learning outcomes; - establishing development/action plans for participants in accordance with program requirements and/or as requested by the Regional Training Manager, Branch and/or Area Manager.
