Collective Growth is a company taking root (plant puns intended) in Gladstone. We were started by the needs of the community as there was limited health services supporting the ever-increasing needs of young people in the area. We are wanting to support and grow ourselves and the community around us.
The Goal of our service is to create an enjoyable place to work, a place staff love, a place young people love to come and place to grow our families together. We value all our staff and want to support each person individually.

Responsibilities
We are seeking another Occupational Therapist to join our team working along side our other allied health clinicians to provide assessment and therapeutic services to young people and their families.
We provide evidence based therapeutic intervention to support children while supporting their family through psychoeducation. We also provide assessment for developmental, physical, academic and other occupational needs. This can including functional capacity assessments and diagnostic assessments.
As an Occupational Therapist we will seek your support regarding developing discipline specific templates, resources, and planning future services from Collective Growth.
Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree of Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA or approved body acknowledged by AHPRA.
o A driver’s license (access to a car preferrable)
o Energy and passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
o Tech skills- we use computers for most areas of work including all our documentation and most communication with parents and services.
o Quality communication with the team, with active participation in team meetings.
o Great communication with children, their families and stakeholders.
o Growth mindset- We want to support you to grow by attending training and further study. This in turn to be shared with the team to support our growth.
